Customer Shield is where I will post my own experience and rating of shops/Restaurants I Dealt with to make sure people don't make the same mistakes I did and to make sure good and bad places are known.
And i hope people will start posting comments of their Good or Bad Experience in their local area both country and city have to be mentioned and if possible a description of the location.

Shop Name :Axiom Telecom
I bought a cell phone with AXIOM Telecom warranty, after one week the battery did not last an hour and you can barely hear the person on the other side.
I took it to axiom and after 14
days they offered me two choices choice 1)a new cell phone of the same model i took it.
(the new phone had the same problems)
choice 2) wait for as long as it takes for them to get a new shipment of this model that could or could not have the same problems.
this is not how a big company of that caliber should treat clients
despite the fact that Axiom should give you a temp cell if Service takes longer than 24 hours i was offered a phone model that is 7 years old.
